Please read this policy carefully before registering for any Elite Dental Lazer certification course. By completing your registration and payment, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.
1. Cancellation by Participant
If you need to cancel your registration, please notify us in writing as soon as possible at [email protected].
14 or more days before the event: You are eligible for a full refund, minus any payment processing fees charged by our payment processor.
7 to 13 days before the event: You are eligible for a 50% refund of the course fee, or you may transfer your registration to a future event at no additional charge.
Less than 7 days before the event: No refund will be issued. However, you may transfer your registration to a future scheduled event (subject to availability) one time at no charge.
No-shows (failure to attend without prior notice): No refund or transfer will be issued.
2. Transfers & Substitutions
You may transfer your registration to a colleague or substitute attendee at any time before the event at no charge, provided you notify us in writing with the substitute's full name, professional role, and contact information.
Transfers to a future event date are permitted once per registration, subject to seat availability.
3. Cancellation by Elite Dental Lazer
In the unlikely event that we must cancel or postpone a course due to insufficient enrollment, instructor unavailability, natural disaster, or other circumstances beyond our control, registered participants will be notified as soon as possible.
In the case of a cancellation by us, you will receive a full refund of your course fee, or you may choose to transfer your registration to a future event at no charge.
Elite Dental Lazer is not responsible for travel, accommodation, or other expenses incurred by participants in connection with a cancelled event.
4. CE Credits & Certificates
CE credit hours and certificates of completion are issued only to participants who attend and complete the full course. Partial attendance does not qualify for CE credits.
Certificates are non-transferable and will be issued in the name of the registered attendee.
5. Processing Fees
Payment processing fees charged by GoDaddy Payments are non-refundable in all cases. These fees are typically 2.7% + $0.30 per transaction and are deducted from any refund amount issued.
6. How to Request a Refund or Transfer
All cancellation, refund, and transfer requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. Please include your full name, the event date you registered for, and your reason for cancellation.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
7. Policy Updates
Elite Dental Lazer reserves the right to update this policy at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website. Changes take effect upon posting and apply to registrations made after the updated date.
